fee structure

• On confirmation of admission , the parents has to deposit admission fee , one quarter installment of tuition fee caution money and other activities fee .
• No development, Re admission fee , promotion fee , TC charges are taken.
• Rest three quarterly installment of tuition fee are to be deposited in July , October , January respectively.
• Detail of fee can be obtained from the school office . Fee payable are subject to change after the completion of the session or as per the guidelines of the state govt.

• The last date of paying fee is 15th of every paying month. After that late fee of Rs 10 /- per day may be charged.
• Fee once paid is not refundable. It can be adjusted with reason only.
• Parents are advised to take receipt of every payment in the school and keep them safely for the future references . Duplicates receipt will be given normally when you need.
• I n case of non-payment of fee by the end of the 1st month following the previous quarter, name of the student will be struck off from the rolls of the school without any prior notice and his/her subsequent continuation in the school will be only on payment of re-admission fee plus fine for delayed payment.

• A month’s notice will be required for leaving the school. otherwise caution money will not be refunded.
• Bus fee will be charged for 11 months in a year, No charges will be levied for the month of June. No withdrawal for bus permissible during the academic session.
• Fee to be deposited by local cheque, duly crossed, in favour of “Principal , Saraswati Modern Public School , Bansur . Please write student’s name,class and phone number on back of the cheque.
